Rainbow Light has a wide array of multiple vitamins. These "mini" tablets are especially good for older folks or people with swallowing issues. It still provides all that you need, but is easier to swallow than most multiples. Will continue to use.

I take one vitamin with a meal three times a day and feel my energy and strength and overall health has improved with this supplement as compared with other multi vitamins for seniors I have tried in the past. The smaller, three a day supplement spreads my supplementation throughout the day and is easier on my digestive tract. I highly recommend this particular supplement. Please don't increase the price due to my comments, thank you.

Useful in that the vitamin is smaller than most, but not what I would describe as 'mini'; does not upset my stomach, no bad taste. However, you must take 3 tabs a day to get the full dosage as stated on the container. Did not see that! My bad: pays to read the label. I thought 90 pills would last 3 months, they only will last 1 month @ 3 x a day dosage! Not a money saver by any means.

These seem like good vitamins. I have had a little more energy it seems to me. I like the food based kind and I usually take a more expensive one from a distributor but these very good too.
