It's quick and easy,cleans great,also dries so fast...I wash the pads and save a lot of money since it needs No chemicals and no new pads..
It does take a li'l strength to push & no shut off switch, But I still love using it..Washing the floors is a pleasure now..

I love it, It's the fastest way to clean without harsh chemicals..I also loved the idea you could wash the mop pad & just think of the money you can save on those 2 items..It's also easy on the lungs..

I needed this product to keep my tile floor clean. I didn't want to use a more chemically based product because I have pets and have heard things about pets/chemicals and how they're bad for pets. I got what I expected: easy to use, cleans really well, and quite easy to clean the pad (stuck it it ordinary laundry - completely cleaned). The only thing that might be a problem is that there was a film on the tile after cleaning - but that might be with the tap water, not with the product.

My Lab loves mud and I have a Pergo floor in my kitchen - the Steam Mop gets rid of them in seconds - no streaks, no mess. But you should always use a clean pad on wood floors - get the extra 3 pads - you won't regret it. Love this product - a great cleaner at a great price

The steam mop worked as they said "Right out of the box." It did a whiz-bang job on floors that had not been mopped for over a year due to an extensive remodeling project. Workmen in and out, so you can imagine what they looked like. The floor was vacuumed, the mop fired up and when the job was done, it was sparkling clean. I also liked that it fit behind the toilet in the bathrooms so I didn't have to get down on my hands and knees to get behind there like I have had to do in the past. A good buy! I recommended it to a friend, and she has already purchased one for herself.

I thought it would have more power. It did light cleaning OK, but I had to go over and over and over the actual "dirt". I think its good for in between cleanings, but really not something to get overly excited about.

I'm 79 and hate washing kitchen, bathroom, and foyer floors. This works like a charm. Also works quite well on bath tub (normal, not heavy duty work.) I will definitely recommend it to others.
