It took the birds a few days to decide this feeder was a good idea. Large birds seem to need to land sideways, because the distance from perch to plexiglass is so short. They manage, though. Seed does not feed quickly, esp sunflower seed, so waste is minimized. Hope it holds up, because the wood is attractive and natural looking.
