I used it last week when my stomach was giving me trouble right before travelling by air. So, I took one of these and started praying that I should not have to use the men's room on plane. Imodium worked great and gave me piece of mind. I am going to carry this with me from now on whenever I'm travelling.

I'm unfortunately an almost daily user of this. One of my medications makes it a necessity. I have had great results and the taste is good. I have found that Activia has helped enhance the regularity and less frequent need of Immodium, but I still keep a bottle handy in all the places I know I will be for a while. (Work, Home, Car, etc.)

drink plenty of clear fluids to help prevent dehydration caused by diarrhea
take only on an empty stomach ( 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal)
find right dose on chart. If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise, use age.

*adults and children 12 years and over ~ chew 2 tablets after the first loose stool; chew 1 tablet after each subsequent loose stool; but no more than 4 tablets

*children 9-11 years (60-95 lbs) ~ chew 1 tablet after the first loose stool; chew 1/2 tablet after each subsequent loose stool; but no more than 3 tablets in 24 hours

*children 6-8 years (45-59 lbs) ~ ask a doctor
