This mascara is so much better than the original mascara! It volumizes, lengthens, and curls in just 1 coat. Some people are saying that they can't see the shimmer in it but it's very subtle. If you want EXTREME shimmer than apply 2 coats and you'll get some shimmer. I love the fact that this mascara makes my short thick eyelashes HUGE. I also find myself going out and trying other mascaras but this beats them all.

I really love the regular version of the LashBlast, and love this EVEN MORE!... The brush is what makes LashBlast the best! The trick to the perfect application though, is to wipe the excess mascara from the brush on a tissue. It may seem like a waste, but unless you apply 5x a day, the mascara will go bad before you run out! The rubber bristles allow you to do this without bending them or making them clump..... It has just the right amount of sparkle and color, but not too much that it can't be worn everyday..... Another trick to no clumps with any mascara is to pick up disposable mascara wands at any beauty supply and use it to separate your lashes after the mascara dries.

AMAZING! I don't know what those other reviewers are talking about because I LOVE this mascara! It DOES lengthen, it DOES add volume, and it DOES separate perfectly! It does clump SOMETIMES though, but really, what mascara doesn't sometimes? The brush? Well, it's very good for easy fast application and separates your lashes perfectly, but it's kind of hard to get to little lashes at the corners. But the "Black Emerald" part is what i like about this product the Most! I have brown eyes and the little greenish sparkles it has gives it a little tint of color. I don't know what it does, but it makes my eyes look beautiful! :D

I can't detect any "Black Emerald" coloring, and definitely no "Shimmery Volumizing". Nothing but gooey clumps. No lengthening, no thickening, no nothing good! The brush is HORRIBLE! And I normally like the plastic bristle type brush, but NOT this one. Very thick and just not useful at all. I keep trying it, hoping it will get better, but NO. It went into the garbage this morning.

It's a decent mascara, but there's no shimmer, it doesn't do what it claims. I didn't want much, just a subtle touch of shimmer, but there's none. I think the brush is a little too big. It's hard to reach those inside small lashes.

This is a wonderful macara! It really goes on without any clumps and leaves just a hint of shimmery color. My kids noticed the color right away and I always get compliments when I wear this. This mascara is for those who want to add something extra to their lashes without that overly done glitter look.

This mascara makes your lashes SO long and has a pretty subtle sparkle! It tends to clump a little but all u have to do is separate your lashes with a lash comb or something (I just use my tweezerman tweezers to separate them a little) LOVE it!!!

I purchased this mascara after seeing an ad in one of the popular fashion magazines. The ad featured the beautiful Drew Barrymore wearing this product and her eyes were nice and sparkly! I was headed to Las Vegas for the weekend and figured what a fun thing to purchase for my trip! It is nothing special whatsoever, no sparkle or glitter or anything of the sort! It's just a regular ole mascara. I was not impressed to say the least. False advertisement!!
