My boyfriend uses these because he snores. I picked up the box and read that it can help anybody with sinus problems too. I tried one that night and was hooked! It was easy to put on, I immediately could breathe easier, it stayed on all night, and the menthol scent was subtle and not overpowering. You lightly scratch the strip to activate the scent. I don't think the menthol vapors last all night though. Make sure you have clean dry skin without moisturizer before you apply otherwise it won't stick.
