I use it everyday, once a day. I started using it in the morning and at night but my skin started to get some dry areas specially where I had break outs, so I started to use only once a day. It works perfect! It leaves a clean sensation and very soft touch.

Bottom Line: recommended

The cleanser exfoliates and cleans without drying out the skin or leaving any residue. Best one I have found so far. I combine it with Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant and the Clarisonic brush for a thorough daily cleansing that is as effective, but not as painful or as expensive, as a professional microdermabrasion.
