With normal cleansers, if I used toner afterwards, there was a lot of dirt on the cotton pad...but with this cleanser, if I use toner afterwards, nothing is on the pad because it cleans so well. It is gentle, smells great, and reduced my breakouts. I would definitely recommend anyone try this.

I have been using this product for 2 years. It reduces my frequent breakouts (I have a very oily complexion), and the menthol (tingly feeling) is refreshing. I recommended this product to all my friends.

I bought this product and the first night I used it, I broke out the next morning. I used it again, and it left my skin really oily. I haven't used it since.

I saw this product and a lot of the ladies really talked it up for its pore cleansing and anti-wrinkle properties. I LOVE my complexion now! Even though I'll be 40 in a couple of months, I still deal with what is known in the "derm world" as adult acne. Well, not only has it helped to clear it up substantially, I've noticed my character lines loose a bit of their hold. Usually, AHA really does a number on my face, but this is more of a calming effect to my normal oil slick. I absolutely will not use anything else...it's fixed and I'm not about to break it!

I began using this about a week ago, and I've been very happy with it. It doesn't heal my breakouts, but it does keep them from getting worse. The texture is very much like lotion, and it makes my skin feel very soft and moisturized even though it's oil free.

This is a fantastic product. I've been using it for over a year, and have found that it really does the job. The cream cleanser combined with Neutrogena's oil-fighting astringent has kept my acne away. I would highly reccommend it to anyone with acne troubles.

I have sensitive breakout-prone combination skin. This cleanser doesn't end my breakouts, but it keeps them from getting worse without drying or irritating. It has neat packaging & a Noxzema-like texture (and that familiar "tingly feeling"), minus the smell. Although I usually avoid fragrance due to sensitivity, I haven't reacted to the light one in this product. I'd recommend the cream cleanser over the gel version, as the gel left a residue that actually worsened my breakouts. If you need a cleanser for breakouts, there is Neutrogena's Oil-Free Acne Wash. I have to admit, though, that I tried that with some success, but had to switch because of a severe sensitivity to salicylic acid, the active ingredient. Deep Clean does contain salicylic acid, but not as much, so if you react to it, you may be able to use this product. If you're looking for a reliable, low-priced everyday cleanser that will get rid of excess oil without drying, Deep Clean is worth a try.
