This stuff feels so good when you put it on! I never knew that the bags under my eyes were so bothersome until I put this on. It feels so cool and nourishing. Even better than that, it actually works! I would recommend this to anyone with bags under their eyes.

I tried this product for 5 months on my lower eyelids. I had problems wearing my contacts. On occasion my eyelids were raw and irritated. I see no improvement in the wrinkles and dark circles around my eyes, seem to be more noticeable. I was not impressed with this product. I have stopped using this brand and have switched to L'oreal products.

I found this eye cream that I had used previously when I was cleaning out one of my old make-up bags. I forgot how good it was! I've been using it for the last week and love it. I was previously using Oil of Olay Age Defying Revitalizing Eye Gel and didn't like it. I like the tube design of this Neutrogena eye cream. It's kind of a creamy gel as opposed to a richer cream, and I use it in the morning. I plan on finding a higher-end eye cream for nighttime use, but this is a great cheaper way to be able to use eye cream in the morning too. There are no harsh smells, and my sensitive eyes experienced no irritation.

While this product does not do anything spectacular like brighten dark circles or magically erase fine lines, it does a good job of moisturizing, works great under makeup, and does not get into your eyes and burn. Its also good for my somewhat sensitive skin. I have bought this product multiple times because it's a very good everyday moisturizer and under eye concealer product.
