This product contains Cascara Sagrada, Senna and Chinese Rhubarb.  Read and follow directions carefully.  Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, abdominal pain, intestinal obstruction, or hemorrhoids.  Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea, are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.  Do not take for more than seven consecutive days.  This product is not for children under 12 years of age.

Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing

As a dietary supplement, take two capsules daily as needed, preferably with meals or a glass of water.  Store in a cool, dry place.
