I've been taking these for about a month now and followed the instructions on the label. Much as I like Solaray products, this one was not effective at all. No negative side effects, though, but I will not be buying it again.
As a dietary supplement, take six capsules before meals with a glass of water. It is recommended that dosage begin at two capsules per day and be increased to six capsules per day over the next one to two weeks. Store in a cool, dry place
