I was really anxious to try this because even the smell from natural cleaning products can bother me. I had a few extra attachments from another model that never worked. This one does work. The tank isn't very large so multiple refills are required for one bathroom. It's a little hard to maneuver around and heavy for one hand, but it does the job. I like the idea on sanitizing the toilet without chemicals. I will continue to use this and it is definitely worth the price.

I just use it for my vanity top bath-rooms,and faucets. Not good for bigger jobS Difficult to hold when using steam.

A good basic functional steamer for small jobs. I actually purchased this to remove a wallpaper border from a bathroom, and it worked like a charm. It does reheat during use, and steam flow does fluctuate a bit, but it is an inexpensive basic tool. For those who complain that it's not powerful enough, you can spend over 100 dollars for a professional grade steamer at a home improvement store, but for a small job, this fits the bill. A word of caution however when operating the steamer: The cord is long and weighty. If you place the steamer down on a surface, be sure to compensate placement for the weight of the cord, otherwise, the steamer will fall over. This is really a "duh" issue, but I thought I'd mention it. Also, after you give your surface a shot of steam and lay the hose down for any reason, a small amount of water will come out of the hose, so be careful to do this over a sink. I was steaming/scrapiing wallpaper, so I did need to place it on a surface intermittently, and pointed the hose into the sink. Like I said, it's not a professional grade machine, but for simple household chores, it's great to have. I've since taken the wrinkles our of some hanging curtains, and tackled the shower doors. The doors do need some supplemental scrubbing, but the steam made the job a lot easier.

The only con about this product is the attachments. It can come off easily while you are cleaning and because it is so powerfully the steam can easily burn your skin so be very careful when using it.

i use the steamer a least twice a week. It is so easy to use. It really gets the job done. I cannot think of any reason not to buy the steamer.

I've been battling with a very old, tiled shower that has horrible grout and I can't scrub the tiles like I used to - muscle fatigue. So this was a god send. It works, it's not too heavy and it has a lot of attachments. The reservour is not very big but ok.
I've also used it on sinks, toilets and baths - we have very hard water, the sediment and colour stains are a constant battle.
This little beauty worked well and the shower is not an eye-sore anymore and I didn't hurt myself by scrubbing or breathing chemical fumes.

So, I knew when this was going to show up, and I didn't clean my kitchen the way I normally do (Wipe everything, including cabniet fronts and fridge + appliances) down.

It took me a whopping five minutes (including set up, fill time) to clean my microwave! That was amazing since my husband had red spaghetti sauce in there and it went everywhere! The steam meant I didn't have to scrub or use any chemicals. Just spray and wipe. Same with the stove top and all counter tops.

I've also used it to clean my shower & the shower glass door. When we moved into this place the glass shower door was streaked with hard water deposits really bad. I've used a variety of different cleaning products and scrubbed it till my hands where numb. Nothing worked.
Five minutes of steam and the area steamed wiped completely clean! AMAZING!

There was also paint droppings on the landing tile when we moved in, seconds after the steam hit it, it was gone. I'd also tried several products on that.

The metal filter vents above the stove... they were all nasty and greasy.... took them out and sprayed steam on them, shining like new in a few minutes. No soaking, no chemicals.. AWESOME! My friend actually asked if I'd given up on getting them clean and bought new ones!

The only thing I don't like very much is that sometimes if I spray something for a few minutes the steam pressure goes down and it has to warm up (Takes a minute to five minute) but that gives me time to wipe the mess or go do something else for a minute...

In one fill I cleaned my entire kitchen, one bathroom and part of my tile in the living area.... Not bad at all for 6.6oz of water!

Very powerful and easy to use. Everything I cleaned with this is sparking. I have removed stuck on stuff that I couldn't remove with regulars cleaners. A++

I bought this because I have 4 small kids and I work full time. I am amazed how clean I can get my house with this powerful steamer. It does get heavy if I'm cleaning kitchen then the 2 bathrooms, and waiting for it to reheat does take sometime. But worth not using cleaners and does get the grime out. I bought the caldrea cleaning cloths and they work great with this product. worth the money.

The only thing I can say that made this a 4 star instead of 5 is that it does need a moment to re-heat while cleaning. Those pauses, however, do give time for wiping steam/dirt off.
