These ear plugs are great for a good night's sleep, especially when you have a monitor in your bedroom that alerts your husband that his 98 year mother needs him. Also it blocks her constant nightly groaning.

Although I'd like to be a daily earplug user, I use them very infrequently as I've ever only used the foam type of earplugs (which are uncomfortable, too big for my ear canal, and sticks out too far when they are inserted).

Then, I found BioEars. These are real gems. It took a little bit of manipulating to figure out how to use BioEars correctly, but once I was able to play with it (and really roll them and shape them), they have been a constant companion for me.

I was able to split each BioEar into two pieces so that the fit was perfect for my small ear canals. This ensures that I have the coverage I need to keep out sound, but not have any unnecessary overlap outside. I have found BioEars to be very comfortable to use when I sleep. It is not sticky to me(I know some users have found them to be), and as I mentioned, since i can use as little or as much of the product to my ear's specifications, they are indeed very comfortable.

I won't travel without them, and when I know that my neighbors will be making noise, BioEars have helped me sleep through the commotion.

I use these wear these at night to block out noise. They are great because I find them much ore comfortable than foam earplugs. And they block more sound than the foam ones.

I was very hopeful after reading other reviews on this item. I was SOOO disappointed. They are like clumps of wax you stick in your ears, and if you are a side sleeper, these are the worst. They are hard and when you try to sleep on your side it puts pressure in the ear. Also, even with my hair tied up my hair always ended up getting stuck in a mess with the earplug. Since they are waterproof, they would make my ears feel nasty in the morning, or sometimes slide out if I was sweating. It was so gross and such a mess. I really wish they would have worked for sleeping. Maybe they are just fine for swimmers.

They still allow some water into ear cannal but it is a huge imporvement. Great if you sleep with a snorer.

They work very well, and are especially good if you never usually use ear plugs. They can lessen the sound of a aquacise instructor's irritating voice but not mute it completely or make a room for sleeping silent. I love the ways in which they can be molded to fit any occasional.

I have been using Bio-Ears for a few years and, for me, have found that the gel ears are much more comfortable when sleeping than the expandable foam. I can form the gel between two fingers, gently roll them into my ear canal, and never feel any pressure while asleep. My husband's snoring diminishes by almost 90%, most of the time. These work very well, though every person's ear canals and sensitivity to noise is different. They come in white or light blue (I like the blue ones better).

I use these every night to block my noisy neighbors. They make it so quiet. They are more comfortable than the foam ones and easier to insert.

I use these when there are noises that bother me. I recently used them to stop the "back-up" beeping of road equipment on the street outside my house. Form the ear canal the mold them to your ear. Takes some practice but they really work.
