These ear plugs are the most effective ones I have ever used as far as keeping all noise level out. I don't even hear the phone ring right next to the bed, and best of all,NO snoring noise.

My husband has really bad allergies, which make him snore during the night during allergy season. These eliminated the disruption to my sleep caused by the snoring...But, I did have to crank the alarm clock up LOUD to be sure I heard it in the morning! With the Microban, I don't worry about the "sweaty ears" they cause. I just wish they made them with individual cases for each pair so I could stick one pair in my travel bag!

Make sure area around ear opening is clean and dry. Place plug over ear opening and press gently until snug
DO NOT push into ear canal because earplug may be difficult to remove. Use whole earplug. Use until dirty or stickiness is gone
