Noise Reduction Rating - 12 Decibels (when used as directed)

Using one hand, lift the ear outward and upward. Grasp the end cap and position the plug until the largest flange of the ear tip is sealed in the ear canal entrance. For enhances seal, moisten ear tip prior to insertion

Cleaning: Remove the ear tip from the end cap and stem. The ear tip can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap. Do not swim with these ear plugs or expose the stems to any liquids.

Note: If ear plugs become cut, cracked or unpliable replace with a new ear plug.
