Follow the directions exactly. Start at the first sign you might be getting a cold or sinus thing. It really seems to nip it in the bud. Also it tastes like berry pancake syrup...really! My friend even takes one daily dose each morning for prevention.

I very much enjoy using this product. However, with our budget, the cost of daily use is nearly prohibitive. I would strongly recommend the manufacturer reduce the price by at least 40%.
I believe the point of your product is you want to help people stay healthy. If you make it too expensive, you are defeating your own purpose!
