I give this to my 2 year old every day now since he turned 20 months. The intent was to try and boost his immune system since he was sick all the time from day care and had a constant (literally) runny nose for the three months after beginning day care. I started giving this to him every day as directed (1 teaspoon) and within 3 weeks his nose stopped running. He was on it every day for 3 months and I ran out. After seven days of not having it, his nose started running again and he got a bad couch. I started again on the eighth day since he had any and within another two/three weeks his nose stopped running except once in awhile and he has not been sick since I got his cough to stop as well (with kids echinacea with goldenroot). I now buy this two bottles at a time so I won't run out again.

We use this during the winter when everyone else seems sick to avoid getting sick, and during the rest of the year when a cold seems to be coming on. Colds go away much faster when taking this. Kids love to take it (berry flavor).
