I'm not a light sleeper once I'm asleep, but I have trouble FALLING asleep if there's any noise in my environment. My main bedroom wall is one that's shared with the living room, where the TV is located. So even if the sound is low, the bass gets through to my ears, which I can't stand. I use these nightly, and what a difference they make! I fall asleep much faster, and I'm far less irritated at my housemate for keeping the TV on at night. These things block all external sounds for me. Can't live without them now.

I move to a new place which is near the road, so I bought this products to help me sleep better at night. although I have already get used to the street noise now, and don't use it at night, but I still love this products, I wear it at office, It really block out the noise and you will more concentrate.

I tried other ear plugs, but these are better. foam compresses well for insertion, then expands fully to seal out noise. soft fit inside ear canal. Only thing that would be nice is to be just a little longer. other brand I used had a thicker end, so was easy to grab to remove, but those did not block out as much noise and were not as comfortable or easy to insert. These you have to pinch the edge to remove in morning.

I have tried every brand of ear plugs I can find. I used to use the store brand (they won't let me type the name in the review), but their manufacture specs changed and they would just fall out of my ears. Not only do these fit great, they stay in while I sleep and block out everything! I've slept through incredible amounts of noise with these things. Great for a little peace and quiet when I'm not sleeping too.
