Great Item!

I have had the goLite for almost 4 weeks now. I started noticing a difference in my mood and energy levels within a few days of using it. I started on half intensity for 30 minutes and am now at 3/4 intensity for just 30 minutes a day. It is the best half hour I have ever spent in search of relief from my depression. I have noticed the biggest improvement in my ability to think clearly. My energy levels have been improving slowly. I highly recommend this product. I have suffered with migraine headaches for years and was hesitant to try light therapy because florescent lights often trigger headaches. This product has not caused any issues with headaches. The battery life is fabulous! I used it for over two weeks on one charge. Price is better than many comparable items. Give it a try. I figured I could just return it if I did not notice any changes in a month, but I would never send it back now!

I was a skeptic when I got this but wanted to try it out. After using it the first day I was hopeful. After using it for a week I was hooked. My friends and coworkers want to borrow it but I don't want to give it up. I use it for 30 minutes in the morning after I get to work and it really wakes me up and I seem to be in a better mood throughout the day. The only negative I have is that the alarm goes off some days when I turn it on. I have the alarm turned off but sometimes when I turn the unit on the alarm starts blaring and I have to hold the power button in for a few seconds to turn it off.
