I've a tried a few different brands of probiotics and this one gave me the best and most consistent results. Plus, I'm a vegetarian and there are few brands out there that have completely vegetarian ingredients in their capsules. I'm not an unhealthy person so it's not like I have a ton of ailments to begin with, but I still notice a remarkable improvement on my digestive system when I take probiotics. No more upset stomach or bloating, and my bowel movements are regular. It says to work up to 3 pills a day, which I highly recommend because it can be a shock to your system if you start with 3 right away. Also, I must mention that I only take 1 pill a day. I find that's all I need. It's a win win since I only need 1 to keep my flora in check, and it makes the bottle last 3 times as long. It's a bit on the pricey side, but if you compare ingredients there are more cultures in this brand than most other brands in a similar price range. Plus drugstore.com often has sales and coupons, and you earn cash back which is nice.

I've used Primal Defense for several years and keep a supply on hand at all times. I've recommended it to my family and friends. Works wonders to stop diarrhea, constipation, vomitting due to bacterial infection, food-borne infections, regulates bowel movements, etc. Handles candida. If your diet is lacking in friendly bacteria for whatever reason, Primal Defense is for you.
