Heat Therapy:
Warm in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn over every 30 seconds. Re-heat in 10 second intervals, turning every 10 seconds. Test temperature before placing on skin.

Cold Therapy:
Place in a sealed plastic bag and place in freezer for at least 2 hours.

Care Instructions:
Use a damp cloth and mild soap to surface wash the plush. Do not immerse in water or machine wash.
