I purchased this because I heard if you spray couple pumps on your pillow at night that it would help you relax and go to sleep faster, but it doesn't work.

I used it to treat acne breakouts on my face and its wonderful.But it needs dilution before applying to face. The scent is amazing too and I also use it for sleep.

The initial scent is overpowering. I could smell it through the box. However I've been applying it as a body scent, slightly diluted and the scent doesn't seem to last. I'm going to continue using it as a body scent though and the price was pretty reasonable.
