I have an odd hair type that if washed too much will dry out and crack despite conditioner. If I go more than two days without washing it goes flat and my skin breaks out. This product allows me to have volume without a mess of products and cleans my hair very well. Just shake the bottle, twist the cap, aim, and squeeze to puff out the powder making sure to lift the hair and get the roots. Wait a few minutes, brush, and see all the grease absorbed in the powder. It also leaves a nice pleasant and subtle scent.

I have always used Oscar Blandi and love it. This product is very close but not there yet. If I use this product in the morning my hair looks dirty again that night and I still have to wash it or use more dry shampoo if I decide to go out. It also does add some volume but again the hair falls flat fast. Keep in mind most dry shampoos have a baby powder like consistency so if you have black hair the shampoo will make your hair look some what grey.

I used to buy this products in Europe when I can't find this one I tried many similar dry shampoos but other brands- no compare with Clorane, only this make y hair clean very fast and give u good volume at the same time and very fast, I have blonde very long strait hair which becomes dirty very fast, so for me this product is rescue, I use not aerosols bottle where only 59g but its lasts 10 tomes more than usual aerosols one

I love using this product when I don't feel like washing my hair every day, or am in a hurry. I simply puff a small amount of the product onto my roots where my hair is the oiliest, leave it on for a few minutes, and then use a towel to gently rub it out, followed by a good brushing. This seems to be key in preventing gray-looking hair from the powder (people with blonder hair may not have this issue). If necessary, I use the towel to rub a bit more of the product out if my hair still looks slightly gray.

Alternately, if I know I will not have time to wash my hair the next morning, I will apply the night before to prevent oily hair in the morning--and can then skip a lot of the towel-rubbing the next day.

I would not recommend leaving this product in for longer than two days, or reaplying the product a second time before washing, as it causes my head to itch. The puff application also leaves a little to be desired in that it can be difficult to control the amount of product applied.

Overall, great product where just a little goes a long way (I have had my bottle for over 2 years).

Have used this particular dry shampoo for a few years and it's more effective than baby powder and designed for its use. The only drawback is that it may leave white streaks even after brushing it through. Very gentle. A real safety net on those days when you can't quite get it together.

This is a product I always have on hand as stylists recommend washing hair every other time or less. When Drugstore.com offers 20% off hair care, I stock up! I happen to have extremely oily hair and I use every other day. It adds volume to my hair as well and since I color my hair, I feel that I am prolonging my color by NOT washing so frequently and using dry shampoo instead. This is my favorite brand and I prefer over any aerosol version.

I've tried a few dry shampoos and this is the best one yet. This one doesn't smell like anything whereas all of the other ones I have tried are disgusting and give me a headache.

I saw that there are a few reviews stating this is "glorified talc powder". I know many are concerned about inhaling talc because of the potential link to cancer. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN TALCUM POWDER. Not sure if other dry shampoos have talc, but if they do than I'm glad I use this one.

It is white powder so you have to be careful how much is used, especially if you have dark hair (I have dark brown hair). I actually usually pour a little on my hand and put it in my hair, or you could use a large makeup brush to apply. With careful application the bottle lasts FOREVER.

I've recently converted to using only cleansing conditioners on my hair (ie, Wen or the L'Oreal Evercreme one). I do that every other day, so on days that I don't wash my hair, I use this. It's fantastic- the method of squeezing the bottle to 'spray' puffs of the product into your hair is much more effective than other dry shampoos that have you sort of 'dump' the product right onto your head. My hair can get pretty oily, especially around my face, from where I'm frequently touching my hair and pushing my bangs off to the side, and this product really soaks up all the oils. It is much more effective than the baby powder that I was using before. It has a nice, light, powdery 'clean' smell. Plus, I really like that it's so gentle- I try to stick with hypoallergenic products. Overall, Klorane has definitely won me over!
