I will never buy the product again, the first time I used the brush the brissels started to fall out.the second time the brush split.i had to put into trash. wish I could get my money back. I got two of them.

I've been disappointed with the last two brushes. At first I thought it the brush was just past its prime wen the bristles started shedding. I noticed that the plastic which surrounds the bristles was cracking and that made the bristles fall out in clumps. I replaced that brush with a new one making sure that the plastic was intact. After the first use, using Zest soap, the plastic had already started to crack and the bristles began to shed again. Not sure why this is happening as previous brushes has lasted for months. I won't be buying this brand again.

I never dropped it but the humidity from the shower caused the wood to expand and break the plastic piece that holds the bristles. Then bristles were just falling out everywhere. It was great while it lasted but poor design. it needs to be either all plastic or all wood. Wood always expands with moisture.

This is a terrible product. After one use the bristles were faliing out due to a crack in the plastic. It is completely a waste of money. Buy something else. Drugstore.com please remove this awful item from the website!

Tries to do dry brushing before showering. Very poor quality, nearly all brush has falllen out and made a mess in my bathroom.

Brush is of good length...however...after 2 month's of use, white plastic at head of brush that holds the bristles began to split and bristles came out in clumps..

I bought the brush fewer than three months ago and it's lost seven "tufts" of bristles. The expansion and contraction that occurs as a result of the wood getting wet and drying out has lead to the plastic part splitting. That began about a month ago; the wood, itself, began cracking about a week ago.

We've been through a few of these. I love the length and the natural bristles. They work great for the intended purpose but... they just do not last. The plastic that holds the bristles cracks very easily causing bristles to fall out and the edges of the cracks can scratch you if you try to continue using it. We haven't had one yet that has lasted beyond 5-6 months. I recently replaced two and one is already falling apart after only 2 months.
