This stuff is awful. It flakes really bad, and you have to apply 3-4 coats just to be able to tell you have any on your lashes. It will just make your lashes look darker, doesn't lenghten them at all. I was not impressed, it doesn't even deserve one full star. Don't waste your money.

I was excited to try this mascara but truly disappointed. It does not live up to the hype. Shortly after using and accidently rubbing my eye there was black all over my finger and eye. Not a good look!

When I first wore this mascara, I was going to lunch with a friend I haven't seen in 10 years. The mascara went on very well. The brush separates the lashes and the formula extends your lashes with buildable length. After about 2 hours, when our lunch date was over, I hopped in my car and peeked in the rear view mirror and I was horrified to see black flakes ALL over under my eyes. I'm not just talking about a few flakes....many, many flakes. I guess she didn't have the heart to tell my how awful my makeup looked. I seriously looked like a crazy person. lol I tried one more time and the exact same thing happened. The tube went right in the garbage. Very clever packaging! That's about it though. All hype.

I have mixed reviews about this. My top lashes are very straight, thick and stubborn (hard to curl). But my lower lashes are thin, short, and sparse. For my top lashes, Maybelline Stiletto does okay but Covergirl Last Blast is so much better to keep my lashes curled all day long. For my lower lashes, I can't use Covergirl Lash Blast because of the big brush. I finally got Maybelline Stiletto and it coats each and every teenie lash and lengthens and thickens them. So I will continue to use this on my lower lashes.

The color soft black is more of a grey color does not accentuate the eyes will admit I like the way the mascara is packaged the color "soft black" needs to be improved

My last review, I gave this a five but now it's down to three. The first time I used this, it was great. After using it for a few days I'm realizing there is hardly any product in the tube and you have to apply the mascara 3-4 times to see it on the lashes. Too time consuming. If they put more product in the tube (it should definately last more than a week!!!!) then it would be good. I like the nice long brush and the bristles help lengthen my lashes. Max Factor 2000 calorie lash is much better and cheaper.

This is probably the best lengthening mascara I've ever used at any price point. It does not flake or smudge and goes on very easily. I love the wand. It is definately worth a try.
