This stuff is WONDERFUL! No drugs, just nature. It helps you return your sinuses to the way they are supposed to be! I have allergies, but I hate allergy drugs. This isn't an antihistamine or a decongestant, it is ONLY purified water and 0.9% sodium chloride (plain old salt)- but it does help me breathe. Especially throughout the night. Simply Saline washes away irritants, moistens my nasal passages and throat, makes it easier to breathe, and is portable!!!! What more could you ask for? I got one for my husband, and it has helped him (and me!) curtail his loud, band-saw-like snoring at night. This and drinking enough water has seemed to really help both of us. For when the neti pot is impractical, Simply Saline is the greatest. (and no, I don't work for them, I just LOVE their product...) Got my 78 year old mother using it, too. She loves it, especially in winter, when the heat is on and dries everything out.

In my opinion, the packaging of this product (in a can with a nozzle that is so big and protrudes halfway up the sinus cavity) is not well thought out. I purchased this for the large size only and I was not at all impressed with the design. I expected the saline to be more of a "rinse". My mistake, I mis-interpreted "mist" in the description. Plus, I was thinking it was a better value, although saline rinses are way too overpriced as it is. Perhaps if they were more affordable, more people would use them and realize their benefits. I like the design of a squeeze bottle in other brands that gives a quick burst of saline to each nostril. That method is more effective to rinse the sinuses out. With this I have to tilt my head back and squirt a lot in and it is a slow drizzle rather than a spray or burst. I wouldn't recommend nor buy this brand again.

I used to have 6 sinus infections a year every after my sinus surgery. I was taking several prescriptions which just made other things worse, dry eye, etc. I lost my job in 2011 and had no insurance so I researched other ways to relieve symptoms and found Simply Saline. I would never be without it. I am chemical free and have only had 2 sinus infections in 4 years! I use it twice a day and more if needed.

The saline solution worked just fine, but the spray nozzle on the can was worthless. Wasted at least half of what I could get out of it as didn't spray, but dribbled down my chin. Can is half full and can't get nozzle to work at all. Won't buy again.

I was surprised when I first used this product as to the fineness of the spray. Typically was one of those people that repelled when sprays administered to my nasal passages--always gave the sense of drowning.
This spray is effective yet fine enough. The immediate relief from dry nasal passages is almost instanteous and reduces any discomfort from very dry nasal passages. Excellent aid for the months during the winter when the heating will often cause one's nasal passages to feel extremely dry.
Would love it if they doubled the size of this current large size given the frequency of my use.

Simply Saline is a fantastic product. I have used it with my children since they were babies. Anytime they are congested due to viruses or allergies, it clears their nasal passage so they can breathe. It has also cut down on the occurances of sinus infections as well as asthma symptoms due to drainage.
I love that it is a drug free, simple to use method for alleviating colds and allergies.

Bought this for someone that has nose allergies and gets a stuffy nose and sinus pressure, they spoke wonders of the product and it is better priced than the one they used before.
To flush and irrigate, tilt the head to the side over sink. Insert nozzle into one nostril depress. A gentle mist fills sinus passages and flows out nostrils.
To moisturize, insert nozzle into each nostril and press shortly as moisture is restored to dry nasal passages. Use as often as needed (non-habit forming, non-addicting).
