I want to like these and will still use them but I always have a hard time with the applicator which does not slide well so it ends up being messy.

I was once a faithful Tampax user. After years of severe itching toward the end of my period and the couple days afterward, I finally figured out that maybe it was the fault of my tampon. I switched to Seventh Generation because of the chlorine-free organic material, and sure enough, no more itching! I even did an experiment one month and reverted back to Tampax and I was miserable!

I agree with other reviewers that some of the tampons can leak after a short time well before they are "full", however, this isn't a consistent experience. Also, the applicator isn't as easy to use as the Tampax ones. I have found that it works best to push the tampon out of the applicator just slightly before inserting it.

I put up with the the applicator and the occasional leakage because those are far more tolerable than the itching was, but otherwise, I'm not sure I'd continue to use these.

The applicator is made of cardboard, so it is very uncomfortable when inserting, you feel every harsh edge of the applicator. Will not buy again.

Bought these for my daughter. She was having irritation issues by the end of each of her periods. Mostly itching and burning. Did some research and discovered all the chemicals that are used in most pads and tampons. Decided to give these a try...Have not had a single issue since using these. Totally worth the money. Although, I don't think they are that much more than non-organic

I really wanted to like this product because I would like to switch to natural products, but this just did not work for me. I do not have particularly heavy flow, but this was leaking a little within a few minutes of inserting it. I tried again the next day and had a lot of leakage throughout the day, even though the tampon itself was still about 75% pure white cotton when I removed it. It looks like a lot of women have had great success with it, so perhaps my body shape just doesn't work with these.

These are the best tampons I've ever used. Very absorbent and I love the fact they are unscented. Well worth the price!

I love these! All of the Seventh Generation tampons. They don't have chlorine or bleach in them like regular brands, so they don't irritate if you are sensitive. Great deal, too! I always buy a few different types at a time and get the discount. [...]

After trying these out, I will never go back to the other brands. In my perfect world, the other brand would come out with a more healthier choice, but for now, these are fabulous. Think about it, do you really want to house chemicals for hours at a time. First thing that comes to my mind is come kind of cancer. Not interested! Not worth the risk!
