My big issue is the conditioner. I was happy to see a product that didn't have sulfates in it. However, this conditioner was too heavy for my hair. I have extremely fine and thin hair, and this stuff was just too much. Not to mention it made my hair MORE tangly than ever. Using just the shampoo was actually better than using the shampoo and conditioner. Worst conditioner I've ever used, will never use again. When I bought the shampoo and condtiioner, it came with free gwp - travel size bottles of the same shampoo and conditioner. I'm trying to find a way to get rid of them. I give the shampoo 2.5 out of 5 stars. If I could give the conditioner negative stars, I would. It worked just as well as the expensive products. I purchased again from drugstore and will continue to use it in conjuction with my usual products.
