Once a day, at bedtime, apply formula with applicator brush, in a thin line, along upper lash line only at the root area (as though applying eyeliner).  Use sparingly, only a small amount of product is necessary per application.  If using eye make-up remover, rinse with water to neutralize and wait until lashes are fully dry before applying product.  Do not apply more than once per day.  Can also be applied to clean brows at bedtime.
