Smudge Pots will dry quickly, so work quickly to blend the color.  Begin with Brush #13 close to the lash line.  Brush #4 and #20 are also great for application.  For a smoky look, gently blend the product up toward the lid.  For a smudgy look, use your fingers to blend.
