Yes, I was skeptical. Let's see...I'm going to try squirting pepper juice up my nose to help relieve burning, itching, and congestion that is associated with my severe allergies, acute rhinitis, recurring sinusitis, and persistent post-nasal drip. Like that's going to help.
I kept hearing positive reviews about it, though, so I decided to spend the money to give it a shot. I was desperate. I was afraid of what it would do when I actually used it, though, so I squirted just a little bit up a single nostril on my first use. WHOAH! THE BURN!!! Yes, it hurt. It made my eyes water. It made my nose run. However, what I quickly noticed was that my sinuses were draining like they had never drained before. The mucous that was produced was extremely watery, and it washed away the huge lump that always seems to have accumulated in the back of my throat. After about fifteen minutes, my head felt noticeably lighter. I didn't realize exactly how much this helped, though, until I ran out and my symptomes gradually started to reappear.
I eventually got used to the burn, and I've even now gotten to the point where I look forward to the burn. I highly recommend this stuff to anyone who uses a rhino netti-pot or a sea salt solution to keep your sinuses clean. I am allergic to just about everything, but my most severe allergies are to grass and mold. This stuff works, and I have tried almost everything.

I was somewhat surprised that, at least in my case, the sting was of very short duration and not all that intense. It made my eyes water and cough if I really got some down my throat, but certainly not the searing others noted. It does immediately clear the sinus and I have not noted any problems of your nose slamming shut when it wears off like common OTC decongestants. Also doesn't keep me awake or give me the jitters like those products. It'd be perfect if the effect would only last longer.

If you have doubts on this product for your sinus pain and congestion, DON'T. This stuff will be your best friend. I purchased this but was nervous about using it as I read about the 'burning' but let me say that it's a good burning, not bad. It's just a little jolt to your system, I guess compared to jumping in icy water, but doesn't hurt. The burning actually feels good as it just immediately zaps away the pain, leaving an immediate numbing effect. Then, after about a minute after using it, I felt my sinuses 'pop' and start draining and my nasal passages immediately felt clear and refreshed somehow. The pain was GONE! I can't tell you how much relief it was. Again, don't worry about the burning and don't equate 'burning' with 'pain' or 'discomfort' because it did not feel like that, and in fact the burning immediately cancelled out the terrible pain I was in as if my brain couldn't register both sensations at the same time. It was invigorating and when I had to use it again after another sinus attack, I admit I really started to like the burning sensation and I used it even when I didn't have pain but to just clear up my stuffy nose-it makes your sinuses feel 'clean' afterwards. The relief you get for pain is beyond words. I felt my sinuses drain down my throat and my nose started running like a tap as well (make sure you have tissue handy) as all that buildup just got relieved. I can't say it enough-THIS WORKS!!!

This is absolutely the best spray for nasal and/or sinus congestion. It can make your eyes water, but is so worth it. I will never be without again. Colds, allergies, what ever the reason, nasal and sinus congestion are GONE.

When a friend told me about Sinus Buster I had to laugh at her. Pepper spray for your sinuses, right! She has the worst sinus problems of anyone I know. She swore this stuff had changed her life. I don't have a lot of sinus problems compared to her, but when they flair up it's pretty bad. I decided to order some to have on hand to try on the next flair up. I have to say, this stuff is simply amazing! I can not believe how fast it works too. The fact that it is all natural is such a bonus. Sinus Buster is something that I will never be without again. Yes, it burns a little, but not nearly as bad as having wasabi come out of your nose. For anyone who has sinus problems, be bold and brave. Give this stuff a try. You will be glad you did.

I had unbearable headaches from sinus congestion due to allergy and migraine. I could be rolling on the floor in pain. I have never had a medication that worked. This does burn a little at first, but you DO get used to it. I actually welcome the burn because it signals that relief is on the way. My sinuses start to drain and the pressure and pain are relieved within minutes. I do sometimes have to repeat the doseage if I have severe congestion. When I know the weather is changing, I use it before bed and wake up without pain. I have recommended this to many friends who like it too.

I'm a longtime migraine sufferer but have been having headaches lately that didn't feel like migraines. couldn't figure out what was up until I started feeling congestion in my ears. I looked around the house for mucinex, my favorite decongestant, but couldn't find any. I found a bottle of this and gave it a try. WOW did it work! immediately I could feel everything draining. no headache or stuffy ears today! I want to tell everyone to try it. works great, no side effects (other than the SURPRISE!CAPSAICIN sensation for a few seconds when you first spray). I guess some folks might just go eat some spicy food to try for a similar effect, but I can't handle spicy food :) but this stuff I love!

Made me cry, how much it hurts, doesn't fell natural. Of course it's not habit forming, I would never use this again. The mucus dries up making it uncomfortable instead of clearing out the passages, I still couldn't breathe. No thanks!

Very strong in nose and didnt work well! I will stay with my regular brand.
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Spray 1-2 times in each nostril, 2 times per day. Do not exceed 8 sprays per day
