its not a cure all but it does open nasal passages! the cons are it BURNS but it doesnt last long....maybe 10 or 15 seconds...it also seems to keep your nose and sinuses from being over sensitive to allergens if you use it on a daily basis.

I have a lot of allergies. I use this product when I wake up if I am congested! It clears me up, opens my airways within minutes. If I have a sinus infection, most of the time Sinus Buster will cure me if taken over several days. I have used this for 2 years, even my husband likes this product.

Using this spray is like getting "brain freeze" when eating ice cream. It hurts and the hurt only fades away too slowly. The relief lasts for as long as the pain of using it does!

It doesn't work and it feels like you unleashing hell upon ur nasal cavity i would not recommend this product to anyone in fact when i have people over i dare them to take it and bribe them with money to try it and all have had same results coughing sneezing and eyes watering for up to half an hour after using this product.

I was addicted to Afrin for about 20 years (that's right 20). I was so addicted that I couldn't sleep without it. Sinus Buster provides immediate relief from congestion without the addictive side effects of medicated decongestants. The effects do wear off faster than Afrin (when I wake up in the morning I'm still congested).but it completely solved my dependency. Inhaling deeply does create a burning sensation (Frankly I find that a good thing) however the sensation can be muted by reducing the amount you inhale. For me, this product is a godsend.

A lot of reviewers mentioned the pain when initially administered. I was expecting the worse but needed relief, so I gave it a go. I was somewhat surprised that, at least in my case, the sting was of very short duration and not all that intense. It made my eyes water and cough if I really got some down my throat, but certainly not the searing others noted. It does immediately clear the sinus and I have not noted any problems of your nose slamming shut when it wears off like common OTC decongestants. Also doesn't keep me awake or give me the jitters like those products. It'd be perfect if the effect would only last longer.

This stuff makes your nose run by burning it. Your nose will clear up for about 3 minutes, and then slam shut again from all the irritation.

I have used a lot of sprays and they never really worked that great. This will take care of a headache by opening up the sinsus passages. I t burns a little at first, but you get used to it.

Let's see...I'm going to try squirting pepper juice up my nose to help relieve burning, itching, and congestion that is associated with my severe allergies, acute rhinitis, recurring sinusitis, and persistent post-nasal drip. Like that's going to help. I kept hearing positive reviews about it, though, so I decided to spend the money to give it a shot. I was desperate. I was afraid of what it would do when I actually used it, though, so I squirted just a little bit up a single nostril on my first use. WHOAH! THE BURN!!! Yes, it hurt. It made my eyes water. It made my nose run. However, what I quickly noticed was that my sinuses were draining like they had never drained before. The mucous that was produced was extremely watery, and it washed away the huge lump that always seems to have accumulated in the back of my throat. After about fifteen minutes, my head felt noticeably lighter. I didn't realize exactly how much this helped, though, until I ran out and my symptomes gradually started to reappear. I eventually got used to the burn, and I've even now gotten to the point where I look forward to the burn. I highly recommend this stuff to anyone who uses a rhino netti-pot or a sea salt solution to keep your sinuses clean. I am allergic to just about everything, but my most severe allergies are to grass and mold. This stuff works, and I have tried almost everything.
