They are easy to carry with you, taste great, have a good amount of protein and fiber and carbs to hold my hunger at bay for up to 2 hours if I am running around or traveling and haven't yet found or gotten to my next gluten free meal destination. I eat one every day during break for a pick me up and to keep my energy flowing. They aren't just for people with Celiac's Disease either as I have given to others and they really like them too. A tad bit pricey yet worth it and stock up when they are on sale and you won't regret it. The bars are a good size, and the dark chocolate is enough to satisfy a slight chocolate craving, but the crisps were a bit on the dry side, almost bordering on stale tasting. It is likely by design, due to the ingredients used. They were tasty enough to give the brand a second try, so I will order another box in a different flavor.
