Need to take as directed - 1,2 before meals. PGX is a fiber supplement that makes you fill full sooner. It also slows digestion to smooth out blood sugar levels. I take their PGX w/Mulberry to help keep my blood sugar levels under control (Type 2 Diabetes.) Along with lowering carbs have lost 2 (close to 3) notches on my belt in 3 months w/o exercise (I'm in a powerchair.)
Most of the pros/cons offered on the survey do not apply since PGX is primarily a fiber supplement that does not try to alter body chemistry.

These tablets have really been working for me at losing weight. I have had no side effects at all. I wish they would come back on sale again, sure do hate to pay full price for them. They do get expensive when paying full price. I would recommend this product and I have.

This didn't do anything for my appetite but just made me go to the bathroom and my stomach cramp and cause gas. I am taking Phentermine and it decreased the effectiveness of that. I will just stick with the Phentermine.
I take this with a glass of water 15 min. before I eat, it makes me feel full and the fiber helps with constipation. I've been using it for over a year and love it.
Did notice a decrease in appetite WHEN I took them. Do think they would be effective if taken consistently before meals. Very important to also drink lots of water. Will try again and make better effort to take them as directed.

How to start using PGX: Day 1-2: PGX Daily softgel with each meal. Day 3-4: PGX Daily softgels with each meal. Day 5-6: 3 PGX Daily softgels with each meal. Day 7 & beyond: 4-6 PGX Daily softgels with each meal. Note: Don't forget to drink water (12-16 fl. oz.) every time you take PGX.
