I've taken other B-50 vitamins in the past and none were as unpleasant as this product. Too big, hard to swallow and didn't settle in my stomach.

Easy to swallow and just the right strength I was looking for. I didn't have to take three pills to get the strength I needed.

I take many different vitamins daily, so one more was no big deal. It's a tiny purple liqui-gel, that is easy to swallow. There is no taste or after-taste. My fingernails have always been weak, thin and would split from the tip down. Also for some reason the nail would not hold polish. The day after I applied it, it would peel or chip off. I couldn't even try strengtheners for that reason. They never had a chance to work. I take my dermatologists max dose per day which is 5mg or 2 of these 2500mcg--one in the a.m., one in the p.m. It's been about 6 weeks now and I also use a strengthener which will stay on. My nails show a marked improvement. They grow faster and are much harder and harder to break or chip. I am extremely pleased with this product and have already gotten one of my friends on it who had the same problems. I would definitely recommend this product!!!
