I have used the Crew leave-in conditioner in the past. It has a great smell and is a very good supplement to daily use "wash out" conditioner. I have wavy hair that tends to be on the dry side so this leave in conditioner is great for once or twice a week use to keep my hair moisturized.

I use this right after the shower. I have short, thick, and dark hair (male). Just a little more than a pea sized amount is all I need (more for a slicker look). I really 'cools' down and 'lightens' my hair and scalp. I dont get itchy hair or scalp at all anymore. Before using this product I'd get an itchy scalp every 3 weeks or so. The application feels good all day, but will lose shine/hold by the end of the day (not a bigge for me, since I don't use it so much for that). There is no stickiness or any flakes when using this product. My trick is to use just a little to moisturize and protect my hair, and then I follow up with a little aloe vera gel to get extra hold/shine if I need it. There isn't too much of a smell to it, very faint (and only when you smell it on your hand or right after you put it in your hair). After a few minutes, there is virutally no smell. I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to use it. I can't tell if this one has been discontinued or not, but if so I think they replaced it with the 'texture cream'.

I have hair, gladly, and want to keep it. Ever since I first tried an AMERICAN CREW hair product (for men), I was hooked. This is by far the best conditioner I've used. Wet or dry, this product works. What I normally do is: use the CREW Daily Moisturizing Shampoo, towel-dry my hair, then use this Leave In Conditioner, then comb. It holds in place, and keeps it looking towel-dry. The secret here: if you want a dry look, wait about 10 minutes or less, and just softly slide your hands across your hair a few times, and it will seem to dry. So you get a dry look. Try this product if you have hair. I love it.
