This product is almost tasteless, so you can add it to any liquid (I add it to my kids' juice) without a problem. Since taking it we have hardly been sick at all. Highly recommend this product.

Shake well. As a dietary supplement, adults take 4 drops 1 to 5 times daily. Children, take 4 drops once daily. Take directly or add to your favorite beverage. Best when taken with a fat-containing meal. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Omega-3 Fish Oil and Calcium supplements.

Each drop contains 100 IU of Vitamin D: 4 drops provide 400 IU, 20 drops provide 2,000 IU. A full dropper provides approximately 50 drops or 5,000 IU.
