It appears the product has a problem. It does not foam, so it goes on to heavy and leaves the hair matted in spots. I had this product used at a salon and purchased a bottle of it from the salon.

My only problem with this product, was that it had leaked a bit even though there was plastic wrap surrounding the bottle. The leaks for the most part were within the plastic wrap.
Distribute evenly on damp or dry hair. Blow dry, diffuse or use with hot iron for desired style. Use on damp hair from roots to ends to add weightless thickness. Scrunch into dry hair for added texture and hold.
