I work out 5 to 6 days a week and have noticed that my knees are becoming achy and a little bothersome. I read the reviews about Traumeel and was intrigued to try it for myself. I am a believer now! I can use it whenever I need it and there are no side effects. I don't smell like a medicine cabinet and it travels well. I apply it before my workouts and if needed after my workouts. Sometimes, just to prevent stiffness in the morning, I apply it before bedtime. This product is amazing. You can use it on any part of your body that is achy, swollen, inflamed or iirritated...it will work for you. I recommended it to my brother who is currently working in afghanistan and he is using the product now for his knees and other joints as well.

I have a very physical job and am in my mid 50's. I've been using Traumeel since my early 40's when a masseuse introduced me to it. I have tried a number of things, most of the Tiger Balm rubs, which are good, but this is better because it isn't smelly so you can use it in business settings and not be embarrassed by the peppermint smell. It is also a bit longer lasting. A little of this stuff goes a long way. It takes a few minutes but doesn't burn, you suddenly realize you don't hurt, or can stretch again. I was using Voltaren, but it's got cortisone in it which I react to and can't use more than a day or two in a row. Traumeel works for both muscle aches and arthritis. It's not just arnica, it's a mix that works better than plain arnica gel.
