Seems to accentuate fine lines

I want light even coverage without feeling or looking like I'm wearing "makeup" - just something to even out my skin tone. This product is perfect for me. I can use just a bit a feel fresh and even :) However, I have noticed that when I wear it the fine wrinkles on the sides of my face, where my closing-in-on-50 skin is losing elasticity and starting to, well, sag a bit ..., is accentuated and much more visible. End result, I look older. It may be the Escentuals smoothing product that I use under the powder, or the combination of the two. Bottom line, I love the way the product looks and feels, but I don't want to look older. I thought I'd found the perfect product. Deal with it? or back to the drawing board?

I wore this for my wedding because my friend so highly recommended it. I don't frequently break out but have circles under my eyes. I always found make up to be messy and thick- bareminerals to the rescue! I wear this every day. It coveres my circles and blends with my face so well it looks like I am not wearing any make up at all. I powder it on after the gym, I've even been known to run to the car and powder my face after a triathlon or two. The SPF 15 keeps me from getting sunburned- even in HAWAII! I love bareminerals.

I have been using Bare Minerals since I first saw it on tv about 4 years ago. I have tried many powder foundations since and none of them compares to Bare Minerals. BM has the best blend of coverage and illumination that you want. Since my pores are medium sized, which I absolutely hate, finding a foundation to make my skin look "poreless" has been really challenging. And really, that's what everyone wants -- to have that gorgeous, smooth skin that looks absolutely natural and not heavy and madeup. BM will deliver these results for you. I had used nothing but liquid foundations until I tried BM and I am so glad I did. I still do use liquid foundations in the Winter when it gets very cold and my skin gets dry. I find that BM is a bit difficult to wear in January/February but that is the only time I do not use it. Other than that I use it year round. I always used to be so envious of the dept. store makeup counter salesgirls who have this glowing gorgeous, flawless, poreless skin. (I bet they are using Bare Minerals and just keeping it a secret!!) Now you can have that too with the help of Bare Minerals. Thank you Leslie!!! Also, When you apply this -- don't put on too much -- layer it slowly so u get the right amount of coverage and spend time finding the exact color match -- get someone to help you. And use some type of prep on your skin first, like Bare Minerals skin revver-upper or smashbox primer. It makes a huge huge huge difference!
