I really wanted to like this. It smells great and cleans fine but it has no flexibility so the little door doesn't close right when I put it in. I will have to go back to the Cascade lavender ones.

This was a really good price for this product but still a little more than if you didn't buy natural. However, I love the fact that my kitchen smells so fresh and all the scents in it aren't clashing- I only use Mrs. Meyer's Lavender products. This was my first time using the dishwasher packs and the first time I used one the dishes were not clean. I investigated a little and found the pack at the bottom of the dishwasher unopened...so I put it back in the detergent well and ran it again. This time everything was great- very clean. I've done 5 more loads since then and I've had no problem with the pack not opening again, and its very effective...took all the grease and residue off a lasagna pan that had dried for a couple days, and I think that's pretty impressive. I'm still unsure if I'd buy this product again but only because I usually use the liquid- I'm not sure why the pack is more convenient than the liquid. Maybe the pack works better, I'll have to try it a few more times to see. Everything (even glasses) was spotless though, and I'm happy with the results.
Be sure to load dishes neatly. Place one pack into your dishwasher's soap cup. Do not unwrap or puncture the pack and make certain your hands are dry before handling. Don't forget to reseal bag after each use. These packs work wonderfully in regular machines and fancy European models. Not only are they earth-friendly, they also pack a punch when it comes to removing coffee and tea stains - without nasty phosphates and chlorine!
