It took some research to figure out the optimal dose of Vitamin D for me, since many sources suggest lab tests to check blood levels. Once I decided 2000 IU was the right dose, it turned out there weren't a lot of products offering the option. So I'm happy this high-quality, reasonably-priced product is available at Drugstore.com.

I have purchased this product multiple times, and will continue to do so until I discover something I like more. I sincerely believe I feel better when I take a higher level of Vit D3, and the studies seem to agree.

After being advised by my medical doctor to increase my intake of Vitamin D I tried several other forms of it before settling on Nature's Bounty. In the 2000 IU it is an easy way to increase the level of Vitamin D in your system. My own score went from 21 to 65 in less than 6 months. Since I live in a northern state without as much sunshine as others, I have found this to be a very reliable source of Vitamin D. Especially when it is on sale, Nature's Bounty is a very good value.

I'd been hearing so much about the benefits of adequate amounts of Vit. D, higher than the average multi, so I upped my dosage and I have really noticed that I'm feeling better than before. Plus, everyone around me has been getting sick this season except me. I don't think that's a coincidence.
