However, it is not a strong enough detangler for someone with very curly hair. It also has lavender, which I am allergic to. The smell of the lavender is covered by a fruitier smell, which ended up being problematic for me as I used it on my daughter's curly hair. Comments about TruKid Dancing Detangler, 6 fl oz: Trukid's dancing hair detangler has truly been my savior through the process of brushing hair in the morning. Before Trukid my kids would actually run away from me because the detangler would not work and when i tried to bush the knots out it would just make them worse. Once I started using dancing hair detangler on my children they never ran away from me again... Success! With other products, I find that either they are way to perfume-y or aren't effective. Dancing Detangler has a very mild scent and I practically don't even have to comb out my daughter's hair after spraying it in! BTW, she has very fine, straight hair that tangles easily. Comments about TruKid Dancing Detangler, 6 fl oz: Got this for my daughter. She has thin, limp caucasian hair that tangles all the time. Literally, you can comb her hair and an hour later it's tangled. I found this product to be little better than nothing at all. It makes her hair kind of squeaky, and that's about it. I find the synthetic detanglers to be far more effective and returned to using J&J.

Comments about TruKid Dancing Detangler, 6 fl oz: I purchased this for my 3yr olds hair which is very curly. Because of her hiar color and the hot FL sun it always seems dry. I have noticed that since I have been using this product it has become much softer and is growing quickly.
