I used once or twice a week , my face use to be dry on my nose and forehead. Does a good job of exfoliating.

I use this product after washing my face. You have to use it for the time intended for feel the difference a product like this is meant for. The smell makes me want to use it which is a plus for my skin. It is a lightweight mixture with crystals that leave your skin feeling IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARD SUPER SOFT, EXFOLIATED (it's intention) AND READY FOR ANYTHING YOU WANT TO PUT ON OVER IT! This product is perfect! I used to go to the dermatology office for glycolic peel facials when I had the money. What I learned over the years I take with me to the stores to by the products with the INGREDIENTS THE DERMATOLOGISTS USE. To get a professional peel/facial at home: 1. Wash face 2. Use a MICRODERMABRASION SCRUB like Dr. Brandt's--which is great and my favorite so far (&I have used a few) OR- 2B. Use a GLYCOLIC PEEL 3. Extract blackheads/pores 4. Wipe with a witch hazel/water wipe 5. Let skin calm down
