This is by far the best cough medicine. It works so well for my son - and is so much safer than standard cough syrups. I started using it when I had a cold and it replaced the Nyquil. I tell all my friends about this.

My daughter was having ear issues whenever she had nasal congestion - both pain and blockage. My sister recommended this and now, at the first sign of a cold, I give my daughter 1 dose a couple times a day. Since we've started, the ear issues have gone.

This is my favorite medicine to give the kids when they have a cold. I keep this one on stand-by. I love that it is natural...both of my children love the taste. I have taken it as well, and I love it too. Also, it works! I really didn't expect much from a natural cough syrup, but it always makes them feel better. I do think it's a little on the pricey side, but worth it.

I use the full teaspoon of this for myself and 1/2 teaspoon for my kid. I believe it does help break up the mucus/phlegm. The taste is ok, but very very sweet. My kid likes it but I noticed after the fourth dose over the day that it was causing some hyperactivity, even though Sorbitol isn't supposed to increase blood sugar levels.

My Grandson had a very bad cold and a very bad cough, we picked this cough medicine because it is all natural. It is the best cough medicine I have ever used very pleasant taste unlike all the others and quieted his coughing right away and it lasts a long time. A wonderfull medicine!

This is the first syrup I had started to give to my toddler, not only did he love it, but I LOVED it! It tastes like honey, seriously, you would never think it was medicine, but with the homeopathic ingredients, it does the job! I have very happy with this product and will continue to buy. I had to run out to the store at night my child got sick cough sneeze runny nose. He stared to warm up so I had limited cash on rove to walgreen. If u are a parent u have been there! I'm in the aisle and I see this .. I thought ill try it I don't like the side affects of other meds. Sleepy. Whinny cause he's in a fog. Sluggish .. I love this med. And iim not going back to anything else.. this is stay on my shelf!
