These unique unbleached paper sheets use a gentle, plant-derived formula instead of tallow and other animal products that traditional softeners use.

Simply Put... This Works!

I love these sheets and decided to leave feedback after seeing what others have written. I never have used products like Snuggles or other toxic fabric softeners. So I am not used to fake perfumes or overly softened clothes.

My goal is simply to get rid of static and slightly soften towels. My choices have always been natural products, so I was used to the smell, which is not bad at all, though I don't recommend sticking your nose in it when you first open the box! In fact, I could barely smell anything it after a load was finished, which is a positive for me. Why add perfume to your clothes? It makes it harder to notice if they are really clean, which is my goal.

I had no problems with staining white loads at all and I have used them for over 4 months. Some other issue must have been at play for that poor reviewer's clothes.

This product works great, and I use one new half sheet each time, leaving older sheets in for 2 or 3 drying cycles, then throwing them in the recycle bin. I love that I got away from using plastic containers from the liquid softener.

All in all, I highly recommend these! It's worth trying them once and if you don't like them, I will be happy to take the rest of your box!

Disappointing

I had been buying another non toxic brand of lavender dryer sheets, but that company stopped making them so I had to look elsewhere. I've used lots of different paper and cleaning products by Seventh Generation before and have always been very happy, but am not at all impressed with these dryer sheets.

Perhaps I got some from an off batch or something, but I'm baffled by the other reviews that claim the product smells too strong - I actually had the opposite problem. Despite being really sensitive to smells, I can't smell anything except the paper they are made from, even when I hold my nose right in the box and sniff. I don't like a lot of fragrance, but *some* is nice - these have none. If I didn't have the box claiming otherwise, I would swear they were the unscented ones.

As far as laundry softness and static control, 3 sheets in my load of towels and other assorted whites made no noticable difference. I will probably toss the rest of the box and definitely won't buy them again. I only gave them 2 stars vs. 1 because I like the company's philosophy in general and I like that the dryer sheets are compostable/biodegradable.

Quite by accident the box ended up in a closet, and how pleasant to have a fresh aroma. Even my husband commented on the pleasant smell, and that is a statement.

I wonder if it would freshen his tackle box!

This is repurposed wax paper! It has almost no scent and barely takes care of static cling. I will def not buy it again.

Unfortunately, this is kind of scratchy brown paper bag with a little "wax" coating on it going into the dryer. It comes out like a wadded up tissue or napkin someone left in their pocket. I feel like everything is just the same as when I use nothing in the dryer. Method had dryer sheets that actually worked, but I don't think they make them anymore.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I am usually very impressed with the quality of 7G products. These dryer sheets do not live up to their usual quality. They seem like sheets of wax paper. They are still waxy, just wrinkled, when the dryer load is done.

I agree with other posters that the smell doesn't carry over to the clothing, which would be nice if it did. Other than that I think they work just fine. I have no static cling, peace of mind without all of the chemicals and my clothes come out feeling the same as if I used a brand name dryer sheet. I'm sold and will keep using them.

I decided to start using this product because I didn't want petroleum covered clothes. it has a nice smell, it is a light smell. I save the sheets after they are used and I compost with them.

Use a single dryer sheet with each load of laundry. Pull sheet apart at perforation to reduce the risk of blocking dryer vents. Place in dryer with wet clothing. Recycle used sheets.
