I have been using Colgate products for years; and, never been disappointed. I am 57 years old, and I haven't had a new cavity filled in more than 28 years. I did not know the importance of brushing my teeth well; but, when I learned I immediately went in search for a toothpaste. I tried others; but, Colgate is my favorite. I say toothpaste, but I prefer the gels or the toothpaste/gel mixes.
Adults and children 2 years of age and older - Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician
