I don't usually spend much money on makeup since I rarely ever wear it, but I needed to get some for my sister's wedding this Summer. I figured I wanted something that was really going to stay put, so I plopped down the money for this eyeliner, thinking it would be smudge-proof and water-proof. I tried it yesterday to give it a trial-run, and while I can't attest to whether it's water-proof or not, it did smudge very slightly when I rubbed my eyes a couple times throughout the day. The really disappointing part was that it started fading part-way through the day...I know in general that it's hard to get a really dark, solid line with liquid liner, but after going over it several times during application, I got a pretty dark line...that hardly deserves the title of "ColorStay," since it was barely there by the end of the day.

This product is horrible. At first the ink wouldn't come out and though I bought the the black after applying I ended up with a dark gray line, I had to go over the line several times. Then this morning I went to use it and it was a miracle, the tip had ink in it and I was able to draw a perfect line on my left eye. Then I drew in my right eye and when I was finished I had huge black marks all over my right check - the pen was leaking. I called Revlon as soon as I got to work but they refused to help me because I didn't have the pen in front of me. This is the last time I'll purchase a Revlon product.

I hate this eyeliner. It was so hard to put on becuase the ink or whatever u call it, would run out so quickly. Which is extremely irritating when you are in the middle of lining your eyes.
