I've been using these for two weeks. I take them before heading into the gym in the morning. They give me an extra boost of energy in the early morning and push me to workout harder at the gym. I've only tasted the black cherry flavor and the taste is good. Doesn't have any sort of artificial or aftertaste. I keep a package of these in my gym bag so they are always there whenever I go to workout.

I take these on long trail runs and have a pack in my tennis bag. They aren't gooey like shots, the gel cube is quick, easy and convenient and it gets the job done. Quick energy boost when you need it. Will definitely buy again!
