Use daily with damp or even dry hair since my hair started thinning after radiation treatments. It has worked better than I had hoped and I am really happy with this product.
Stylist Recommendation: Shake can well and turn upside down. For short hair, dispense a golf ball sized amount into palm and distribute evenly throughout hair, concentrating at roots to build volume. For longer lengths apply more as needed. Can be used on damp or dry hair.
